Freebie time! I have officially launched my new anti-anxiety online course at taylluna.teachable.com and I wanted to share a little sneak peek with you!
This worksheet is designed to be a daily routine for you to use to help with general daily anxiety and nervousness.
On the top left, create your daily to do list so you know of everything you need to accomplish in the day. The organization will ease your stress, keeling you calm throughout the day.
On the top right, list a couple things you’re grateful for. Gratitude changes your brain patterns immensely; it’s so beneficial. Your brain will release “happy chemicals” and will drastically improve your mood!
In the middle, add an affirmation for the day to repeat to yourself when you need a quick pick-me-up. You could add a whole quote, or something as simple as “Just Breathe”
On the bottom left, I’ve added 5 poses that help your ground and relax when you’re feeling anxious. Feel free to turn them into your own flow!
Lastly, on the bottom right, I’ve added some journal prompts for you to answer at the end of your day. Reflecting on your day and your emotions throughout the day is a great way to identify what triggers you to feel nervous, and help you learn to avoid it in the future.
