So how much Taylor merch do you own and how much is it worth?

oh wow, I honestly don't know 😕 it's a lot and I guess I don't really want to think about the amount of money I spent on her over my life. but I have to add that that's basically the only thing I really spend money on. I don't go to the movies, to bars, to restaurants,.. My other hobbies are nothing I have to pay for so Taylor merch is what I'm kind of investing in them

I said it before, I'll say it again: 1989 made me become a Swiftie and it was the best sudden turn my life ever took besides getting an unexpected 2nd sibling at 20 :D Honestly don't know how much more time I would've wasted not listening to Taylor if I didn't hear Style in the changing room of a clothing store. 1989 marks the first time I fell in love with basically erything this woman has ever done, the first time I saw her life and the era I made my fanaccount and joined this (sometimes) wonderful community in which I found so many dear friends.

Happy one year of folklore!! 🖤

I love folklore a lot so that I should post many happy pictures maybe, but given to reality I chose to post some more realistic ones. 'Cause whilst folklore quickly became one of my favourite albums ever, it also helped me overcoming a lot.

Many of you know that 2020 was one of the hardest years I had to face so far. It was the year my depression and anxiety reached a level they hadn't ever before and after finally reaching out to a therapist again, things got worse. Life events happened, I got retraumatised pretty badly and lost the one companion I really had in life. I stopped eating again because I was either too dissociated to being able to feel my body so eating or drinking felt like massive boundary crossings or because I thrived to control at least one thing. In a world where everybody leaves you, you try to do everything so that people could find at least one "good" thing about you. By fighting myself I thought I could at least minimise the amount of the terrible things people see in me. One day things escalated pretty badly and I ended up in hospital for 2 weeks. During that time the only gleams of light were coming from this album and the people in this community. I got my signed folklore cd and started carrying it around literally everywhere. It helped me holding on to something. I wasn't alone because in some way Taylor was there. folklore was there. I love folklore. And I am beyond grateful that I had it when I needed it the most. Thank you, folklore - and thank you, Taylor. 🖤🤍
