He doesn’t need to be in this system. He dated my daughter for years, and we took him in like family, so he’s like family to me. And I could tell you this kid right here has got more heart than almost any person I know. And I can promise you that when you let him out, he will have a full-time job working for me. And I can guarantee you that nothing like this will ever happen again. You have my word on that. It’s time for you to let Tim Riggins come home. Thank you.

Taylor Kitsch and Derek Phillips at the opening night party for the ATX TV Fest in Austin last night. The ladies are two panel members, Angelique Cabral and Arielle Kebbel, from the show Enlisted.

Derek is also there as a panel member, as is Adrianne Palicki, Dana Wheeler-Nicholson, producer Jason Katims, Louanne Stephens, Stacy Oristano and Scott Porter, so it’s kind of an FNL reunion of sorts!

Don’t see Kitsch listed as a panel member here, so maybe he’s just there for his buds. :) Info on the fest, here:
