Not exactly home decor but last night’s track listing reveal (Midnight Rain) reminded me that Taylor used to list La Prairie’s Midnight Rain as her favorite perfume, which was also my favorite perfume. Sadly, it was discontinued a long time ago, and correspondence I had with the brand showed no signs of it coming back (5/2019) BUT MAYBE THEY WILL BECAUSE OF THE SONG?!?! In the meantime, the closest dupe I could find (after literal years of searching) was Nest’s Midnight Fleur which was ALSO discontinued, but more recently and therefore available at Nordstrom Rack still. If you want to smell Midnight Rain, come to my house to smell my empty Midnight Rain bottle, or buy this dupe. Or hope that La Prairie reissues because it seriously smells the best.
