Things I wish Iâd known
-losing weight is addictive.
-you will reach a plateau and when it comes it will hit you hard.
-plateaus feel like they have no end and you will feel hopeless.
-you will consider spending $60 on another scale because âobviously this ones broken, thereâs no way I havenât lost weight in three daysâ
-if you give your eating disorder an inch it will take a mile and you wonât notice until you cry into a plate of teriyaki salmon because you canât rationalize the calories.
-you will find out a friend has it and it becomes all you talk about with them.
Normal people: âcanât wait to move out of my parents house, make my own rules, get home whenever I want and do whatever I wantâ

Remember. The stricter you are, the quicker youâll get there. Itâs fine to have cheat days but just know every time you cheat, your progress is delayed by 3-5 DAYS.
Be strict and youâll have less days of temptation.
