THIS. . 9 times outta 10 people don't try new things because it scares them, it's new to them, or what ever other excuse you can think of. But getting out of your comfort zone is exactly what you need. . Hear me out. . Entrepreneurs don't just get to success overnight. They try and fail repeatedly until they reach where they want to go. They have to try new things, find new resources and constantly be willing to learn.🤓 . Teachers don't stick with the same curriculum year after year. Nope, each year they have new students, different students. They are constantly keeping up to date with new practices and technology. They adjust they're teaching styles, figuring out what works best for them and their students. 📚 . Engineers and Architects don't design and create with the same materials and mindset. Nope, not only do they have to be creative but they have to observe. Understand what's around them, love attention to details, learn in a variety of areas.✏ . Doctors and nurses don't stick with all the same practises from decades ago. It's a nonstop and constant learning process. The knowledge is endless, understanding diseases current and new, trying to understand the body and how it reacts, keeping up to date with all of it as well. Each one is different, specializing in different areas but they don't stop learning. 👩⚕️ . No matter what you do, you have to be willing to hop outside of your comfort zone. For me, that's public speaking. Loathe it more than ever, but I do it. Whether its conference calls on Skype, live video chats or in front of people, it's a fear. But one that is constantly being worked on. I never stop learning and neither should you.
