just so the newcomers in this fandom are aware, luvlydoll is a homophobe. she doesn’t ever talk about lgbt people unless it’s to push an agenda. recently chechnya opened up concentration camps for gay men and instead of talking about why this is bad, luvlydoll’s posts center around the fact that chechyna is a majority muslim country and “muslims murder gays the most”.

these men are literally being tortured, killed, and thrown off buildings for daring to love another human being and luvlydoll has used this whole thing as an opportunity to condemn muslims. there are also dozens of posts on her blog about why it’s wrong to hate straight people but none on why it’s wrong to hate gay people. let me remind you: homophobia has a body count. “heterophobia” does not.

and no, being homophobic is not just an opinion when you’re denying people their basic human rights. she also thinks hate speech should be protected, doesn’t understand why lgbt people “claim to be afraid” of trump (???), and doesn’t believe you can be muslim and lgbt. oh, and she literally shits her pants whenever someone headcanons a character as gay.

like wtf is this??????? who cares if someone thinks spongebob is gay like even back in 2014 when tashalovesduncney was making hate blogs about people in the fandom calling them racial and transphobic slurs and telling them to kill themselves, luvlydoll stayed quiet and continued to defend tasha’s behavior because they were friends.

anyways i know we’re all trying to have a good time in this fandom so sorry to get all serious but i’d appreciate it if you guys could reblog this post. please remember homophobia isn’t limited to just saying “i hate gay people”, it also encompasses any negative attitudes or feelings toward lgb people. i am a gay man who has dealt with homophobia my whole life so if you’re going to reply to this post and argue i’d appreciate it if you didn’t patronize me. thanks

iirc i’ve never had any direct confrontations or interactions with luvlydoll before though i do remember that she was following me at one point (i tend to keep to myself and my friends in fandom spaces generally anyway) but i can second everything ryan’s said just from the way she’s interacted with my friends/how she stayed quiet when her friend tashalovesduncney/tashalovesnirvana made a rude comment on one of my selfies + i and others in the total drama fandom had some very terrible things said about us hate blogs (i’m unable to find links to those right now sorry)

also i just wanted to add that luvlydoll also supports incestuous and abusive ships too as revealed by quickly skimming her blog – i can’t speak for all the fandoms/pairings mentioned since i’m not familiar with every single one of them but

these two characters are cousins and their fathers are identical twins (which makes the two of them half-siblings on a genetic basis)

granted i don’t know what version of joker and harley quinn she’s talking about in this but there is absolutely nothing romantic about the relationship between these two characters and these posts do a good job of outlining why

not commenting on nizzy bc i genuinely don’t remember anything about it from total drama canon (it’s been a very long time since i watched any td okay) and granted i don’t remember a lot about scourtney or duncney either but i do remember both ships being very obviously unstable (and correct me if i’m wrong but also emotionally manipulative as well?)

but yeah to make a long story short @ all new total drama fans out there: stay away from tumblr user luvlydoll
