They were still friends. His eyes were heavy, and his body was in pain. His wound stung most, of course. Being shot in the stomach was not something fun. Indeed not. It was impossible to stay awake. She had told him to. Incoherently, of course. His eyes were heavy, feeling sick from the blood loss. Though. he flinched in pain of the piece of cloth being applied to his wound.

"I-I can’t… I-I’m tired… it’s too hard…"

He can’t keep awake much longer. As if he felt his life slipping. Was this what dying actually felt like? He wasn’t sure. He had forgotten about how he nearly died a few times in Brennenburg. His tears escaped as his wound continued ache and throb. And did he actually hear her call his real name? It had been days since he was actually called that. He missed Agrippa. He would already be worried sick if he didn’t come home. Since the signature on the orbs somehow didn’t work.

"…I’m sorry, Agrippa…"

But it was getting harder to do so. The longer he stayed awake, the harder it was to resist to fall unconscious. Or deeper than that.. But he didn't wish for that to fall upon him. He had a girl he loved, he had friends. He had a sister to return to.
