1960s Italian Americana starring Carmen as a preachers kid tangled up in family duty, and Sydney as grieving Catholic girl with faith, fire, and quiet determination. They meet in the church. HEAVY A Bronx Tale energy and inspiration.

Thinking Period aesthetic, cultural nuances, quiet yearning, Italian drama because it's not the bear without, and ofc a slow slow burn.

Is anyone into this? Does anybody have any qualms or concerns or comments? I'd like to hear before I finish up these first few chapters 😛😛
