"I'm the most special person ever, actually. I feel like you should've got the hint already - the Doctor isn't going to get with you just cause you've started kidnapping his friends more often. I don't know why you're trying so hard all of a sudden, I mean the Doctor said you used to do this once every decade max, and now you're after him every other week."
"My motives are none of your concern. And I don't want to 'get with him'. I want to kill him."
"Oh so that's why you keep playing scissor sisters at him. Sure big D."

It's time to think about the next event this blog will host!
For a Big Bang/Reverse Bang: This would be a more time-intensive, larger-commitment event, with a higher minimum for creation (5k wordcount or above, TBA). Writers and artists will work in pairs to create stories with accompanying artwork (or artwork with an accompanying story, in the case of a Reverse Bang) over the course of a couple of months. Creation would begin at the end of August. This event will be open to all ages.
For Guess the Author: This would be a short-term (2-3 weeks), low-minimum event taking place at the end of September. Writers will choose from a defined set of prompts to create their work, and there will be an anonymous period, during which participants will make guesses as to which work belongs to which author. Continued anonymity is not possible with this exchange format (but well-behaved alts as always are more than welcome). Further polling for demographics will determine whether this event would be all-ages friendly or 18+ only.

Kinktober is a kinky October prompt challenge that’s been running in one form or another since 2016. There are three prompts for each day in October, and the challenge is to use one (or more!) of the prompts to create something for that day. If you don’t want to use any of the three daily prompts, you can swap them out for the bonus prompts at the bottom of the prompt list.

not much bowspam today, although dream shows up at the end specifically so it still counts, just tommy and his new favourite pet bird (im coming up with names for her, shes my new favourite character)
Otherwise known as the 'dream has a god complex and tommy is indulging him (is fulfilling the promise he made while very ill and desperate)

like i know this is a defining character trait but hes doubling the wordcount by making commentary on everything happening, THE PANTS ARENT EVEN OFF YET AND WE'RE 2K IN
Day two is here! And with it: lots and lots of denial; Tommy is incapable of admitting anything to himself at all (including the fact that the sickness he’s experiencing in exile may have something to do with the fact that his drug supply - sorry, potions - has finally run out)
(Featuring manipulative dream, a very sick Tommy, and some set up for a future update where I actually write the smut instead of plot and angst)
