Reach Out (Ft. 初音ミク)
After dreaming about it for like, a DECADE, since I first downloaded a "copy" of vocaloid and couldn't finish anything, I finally finished an actual vocaloid song with a legit copy! Something I've wanted to do for ages and I'm so proud of it.
I can feel my heartbeat racing to the stars, And yet my feet stay firmly planted where they are. So when I reach out towards the sky, and bring my hands back empty, I... wish I could bring my feet off of the ground, and reach the night sky out beyond the clouds. All I can do is reach out again, and again, and again, for the stars that I remember from that dream so long ago. And the empty space, ahead of me, is filled with possibility that I know that I can find if I just reach out again. Again... My heart beats among the stars...
Effect transfering is now functioning as intended! Basic Slime adds text to anything that discards it - that additional text will show up, and resolve as the last line of text in that effect! Previously, slime would trigger AS SOON as it was discarded.
Honestly thought this would be harder to set up! 0.06.0, the last pre-kickstarter update, is getting closer and closer.

This isn't the official announcement - but 0.04.1 is live on the Steam demo branch!! Stat overlays, ready/resting status overlays, clearer Response Request popups, more customization settings, card animations and sound effects, and MORE!!
Larger stat labels have been added to the Gates that need them, when they need them! Should help with clarity a good bit. This is also the first higher effort feature associated with user feedback!
Cracked the math behind the camera not following properly when the window is resized or the cam mode is switched - this is the expected behavior!

Demo 0.01.3 is now live with a number of updates! Now running on Godot 4.4, Basic slime's Skill was not working online, Pathfinding Pixie's skill was outdated, more Holograms added. THE BIG BUG IS THAT when you start the game for the FIRST TIME EVER, this login field will be blank even though it says steam detected below it! If you restart it, this issue goes away, and I can't reproduce it again on that computer, so i'm not sure it's fixed. REPLY IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU
