Rage baiting Shane

author's note: yay i got a fic out (let me know if you catch the Finn Wolfhard reference)

“Today, my girlfriend will be asking me questions, and if I get them wrong… I get dunked into this cold water,” Shane says as the video starts. The bowl in front of him is filled with water and a few ice cubes in it.

“First question… do you love me because you think I’m pretty or do you think I’m pretty because you love me?” Shane’s face immediately drops as the question leaves your lips

“What?” He turns to look back at you, “I thought these were gonna be like ‘oh what’s my favorite color’ no this!” He sighs and looks back at the camera, “I have to pick one?”

“Yes,” Shane sighs, rubbing his hands over his face

“I guess I love you cause you're pretty? There’s no right answer. I love you. Period. You push his face into the bowl, making him gasp as he comes back up

“How is that fair? There’s no good answer!” You shrug and move on

“Would you have never met me or kiss another woman?” Shane scoffs

“Oh, my god. Never have met you.” You nod

“I’ll take it” you mumble and he looks back at you

“Is there a secret third option I didn’t know about?” You laugh and shake your head

“If I had an identical twin, would you be attracted to her?”

“No. Because you can look different, and I also love your personality,” Shane grins and looks back at you

“Good job,” you mumble. “Would you tell me if you cheated on me?”

“I’d never cheat on you, baby.” You smile as he says it

“Good. If I were a man but still had my personality, would you still want to date me?” Shane sighs

“No. I’m not- that’s not-“ you dunk his head mid sentence, when he comes back up, he gasps “let me finish next time” he huffs out, scrunching his hair in the front where it’s all wet.

“To counter the last question, would you kiss a man to save my life?” You grin as you ask, and he looks at you before looking back at the camera

“To save your life, yeah, sure.” You hum but still dunk his head in the bowl. “HOW IS THAT WRONG?” You shrug

“That’s technically cheating on me. Why couldn’t you just save my life without a kiss?” Shane throws his hands up in the air

“Right of course, sorry. Totally misunderstood the question,” he says sarcastically, and you roll your eyes

“Final question. What is my biggest flaw?” You grab his head, preparing to dunk him

“You don’t have one,” he smiles

“You have to say one.” He scoffs as you say that.

“Fine… your biggest flaw is that you don’t think you're perfect even when I tell you you are.” Your hand drops from his curls

“Aw… Shane! That’s sweet.” You smile, and he leans closer to you, but you stop him, “Um, no. You’re all wet.”
