THIS IS SIDNEY FROM CAMP HERE AND THERE
This is the first digital art I made that I think didn’t suck I’m not done with it but genuinely it’s probably not getting any farther than this.
I’m so proud of it i’ve been really struggling with art because of school and my health conditions that I just don’t have energy for anything and it makes it really happy that I was able to create this Sidney is a very special character to me because I’ve never seen a character that is so like me before and it’s so special to me. My friends got me into camp here in there because they told me that Sydney acted and sounded just like me and also had health conditions similar to mine. And I later learned that Sidney also looks just like me, shares a similar gender identity/ expression as me and has similar relationships with others as I do.
Anyways I also got asked a bunch if this was a self portrait which I thought was really funny

The second a doctor mentions the word functional I stop listening 💔. I had an EEG done once and before it my doctor told me it’s very unlikely that we will know if I’m having epileptic seizures because the main episodes we are worried are seizures don’t happen often and don’t seem to have triggers. After the test he said I have Functional seizures cause the results where negative but I literally didnt even have an episode during the test so we have no idea if it was epileptic or functional 💔😔. I’m pretty sure he just jumped to functional cause I’m a femme presenting teen with a big history of mental health problems and a bit of behavioral issues.

I think this should also apply to women, femmes, and people who are perceived as such
Like the femmes should be able to dual doctors or we should dual the femmes

Tourette’s and chronic illness that affects your joints is a horrible combo 😔
I messed up my jaw (might have been TS fault but I don’t remember) and now my TS has decided the Tic I’m going to experience most right now is one with my jaw 💔🌝
And then there's also people's dumb comments on top of all this.
"You're so young, you shouldn't have joint pain. I'm old, I'm the one with joint pain"
And people totally not understanding why I'm requesting a seat, or say I can't stand up for longer periods of time repeatedly.
Just because you can't see the problem doesn't mean it's there.
I have also have a condition that causes me to faint so I also cant stand long from that so I always use that as the reason cause people are like ‘oh ya you should sit’ instead of ‘oh ya? My feet hurt too but u don’t see me complaining’ that I would usually get when I say it’s my chronic pain that makes me need to sit. And also I tend to get pityed less when I say I faint vs when I say I have chronic pain (I normally end up having to explain the condition and that’s where most the pity comes from)

So many layers of white paint 😔
Also I think I need to buy some paint that matches the cup colors cause I suck at mixing colors and also I need to wait for each layer to dry and so the paint on the pallet would dry and it’s like a .9% chance of me replicating the color sooo I need to go shopping at the Michael’s (or online preferably cause I’m tired and again really bad at color matching)
This is the closest thing I found (it took a lot of time) I have no idea if they ship to the us I had to translate the website from French but a lot of it is still in French
I’m not going to buy the French spray paint that is the closest color I was able to find to match the hex code (#bd4698) I was given by the website I used to find the color of the cup in the picture which I then googles to find the RGB (189 70 152) of and then spent over a half an hour searching https://color.matthewspaint.tools to find a name for the color but after searching for a while and not finding a RGB match I had to compromise on 285 Magenta Sigh which RGB is 189 45 127 and then scoured the Internet to find a website that has a paint in this color thats not a paint for your walls or just a color dictionary then when I found a website that sells it I had to find a medium I could use, was affordable and not an absurd amount of paint for my project all before I remember I could translate the website to English. All of this because I didn’t first think to just look at paints on the Michaels website and just compared them to the book cover and that I didn’t need to know the name of the color I could have just searched magenta acrylic paint 💔💔

Does your post from last month only apply to MDs? Because I am fortunate enough to have Good Doctors (after a lot of preparation to move to a better hospital system), but there are so many PhDs whose asses I want to kick

everytime a shy, unassuming, weird and slightly off-putting girl starts curiously trying he/him pronouns, an angel gets its wings
This is me I fear but I never actually transitioned socially I’m just a fem who if u ask their pronouns will reply with he/they but I won’t ever correct anyone and will beg you to never use my correct pronouns around other people unless they are also queer or a trustworthy adult. My parents have no problem with my gender expression tho it does confuse them. My gender identity is just very confusing to people and they only if ever use my correct pronouns once after learning them before they forget.
As a fem he/him, I hope you get to a place where you can unabashedly assert your pronouns around your friends and loved ones without fear, and not care if it's confusing. That's not your problem. You deserve respect all the time, not just when you conditionally choose to make yourself palatable.
