He hands her a yellow tulip. “Oberon says these mean sunshine or cheerful thoughts… I think. But I hope you like it even if I’m wrong about that!”

In desperation, Oberon rushes over to Bruiser. “Woah Oberon! Where’s the fire?” His friend asks.

“Th-that palkia is trying to swat me!” Oberon points, nearing full on tears.

Bruiser simple picks up Polly by the back of the young Palkia’s jacket.

“I’m sure this was an honest mistake, but I’m sure my friend would calm down if you apologized for trying to swat him.”

“Okay then.” Bruiser nods as he sets Polly back down.

He eagerly squares up with an oblivious smile.

“You can’t fight a child!” Oberon objects as he finally stops crying.

“Why not? Back during my time at the Fighting Dojo I heard “You gotta be tough or call your bluff” and I stand by that. If the kid wants to brawl or spar, I’m up for it!” Bruiser beams.

“I can’t believe it.” Oberon mumbles to himself. “My only defence is a himbo.”
