Had an amazing swim tonight, and set a new #personalbest distance of 2,500 yards! I'm getting stronger and #faster and more comfortable in the water! Did another #tempo run tonight at the gym. Tried to do 25 minutes at 7mph but developed a MAJOR side #cramp so I had to back off to 6.8mph. Now I'm sitting here sipping on a home-made #smoothie, and while it doesn't taste perfect I know it's good for me!
