Announcing Tyrian Cinema: A better way to catch up on Guild Wars 2
So, we have all wanted to catch up on the Living World story or try and get a friend into the game to play with you for the next expansion. Still, a lot of Living World Season 3 is now behind a paywall and “Let’s Play” videos don’t quite do it for some.
Well, we took a stab at it and, while the results are not perfect, it does feel much more watchable.

New Human Hair and Face Customization Options
The Guild Wars 2 character creator has been updated with a range of new faces and hairstyles for humans! You can access them during character creation, or change the look of an existing character with a Total Makeover Kit or Self-Style Hair Kit.

I’ve been thinking about it. GW2 is one of the best (unarguably best for me) games out there, but it’s also very invisible, undermarketed, unnoticed. I’ve personally never heard about it before I literally peeked over my roomie’s shoulder. “So these guys aren’t in your party?” - “Nope, randoms” - “But you’re doing stuff together, coordinately” - “Yep”. …I’ve been sold. :P
Tomorrow is the big day and our chance to bring GW2 in the spotlight.
If enough people watch the announcement stream on Twitch, we can make it to the front page! You know what that means. It’s exactly the exposure the game needs.

I write this from the bottom of my heart, GW2 has become everything to me. It’s been just 1.5 years since I joined, but these are my best gaming years and the best community experience. I sincerely thank Anet for their hard work, congratulate them (and everyone else!) on the expansion and willing to try my best to make that “word of mouth” work.
