A recent job posting on USAjobs.gov listed the “Major Duties” of the new IRS employees as including a willingness to use “deadly force” to fire upon American citizens.
The IRS Criminal Investigations annual report from 2021 brags about IRS rifle fire teams and IRS “police” shooters taking aim at rows of targets that represent American taxpayers. These photos are taken from that IRS report:

THIS IS NOT NEW. NOT "IN DEVELOPMENT". IT'S BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER 73 YEARS.
The Army finally disclosed in March of 1977 that it secretly conducted 239 germ warfare tests in open air between 1949 and 1969; some tests releasing live microscopic germs, in public places, on unsuspecting and non consenting American citizens - "to learn how to wage biological warfare and defend against it." .
The US Army listed 27 times that it tested "simulated toxins" (live bacteria that were *generally considered safe at the time*) and 79 of which infected large numbers of unknowing citizens with disease-causing germs.
August 1949 - the Army’s Chemical Corps set up a Special Operations Division at Camp Detrick, MD. Special Operations Division operatives infiltrated and sprayed bacteria into the Pentagon’s air handling system. The operatives then moved to larger scale testing, releasing clouds containing *supposedly harmless* bacteria from Navy ships off Norfolk, Virginia.
April 1950 - The San Francisco Experiments showed exposure among almost all of the city’s 800,000 residents. The bacteria Seriatta Marcescens (which is naturally resistant to most antibiotics!) was used. Military monitors found that it could readily infect millions of people more than 20 miles away. Medical researchers say that it caused eleven very rare, serious urinary tract infections, at least 11 cases of pneumonia including one death, and doctors suspected the experiment was responsible for heart valve infections and the serious infections seen among intravenous drug users into the 1960s and 1970s but to this day the Army denies responsibility.
1953 the Chemical Corps created the St Jo Program and operatives staged mock anthrax attacks on St. Louis, Minneapolis, and Winnipeg. The bacteria were released from generators placed on top of cars, and local governments were told that “invisible smokescreens were being deployed to mask the city on enemy radar". The next stage was to increase dispersal patterns, dispensing particles from airplanes to find out how wide of an area they would affect.

1957 - The first Large Area Concept experiment involved dispersing microorganisms over a swath from South Dakota to Minnesota; monitoring revealed that some of the particles eventually traveled some 1200 miles away. Further tests covered areas from Ohio to Texas and Michigan to Kansas. In the Army’s own words, these experiments “proved the feasibility of covering large areas of the country with biological weapons agents.”
1960-1965 Open-air testing continued and the the Special Operations got bolder. They spread bacteria throughout Washington’s National Airport; a year later, agents dropped light bulbs filled with organisms onto the tracks in New York’s subway system. “It spread even better than expected because aerosol developed every few minutes from every train that went past.”
"Safe/Harmless" toxins? BULLSHIT. In a censored report, the Army finally admitted that at least three laboratorers at Fort Detrick died from diseases contracted there in the 1950s and 1960. Another 504 workers connected with biological warfare activities at Ft. Detrick, Dugway proving Ground, the Deseret test Center in Utah, and the Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas suffered serious infections.
