"MARS" by Souryo Fuyumi is one of the best manga series I have ever read. I once owned all the volumes and have re-read it numerous times. It’s beautifully written and drawn. It is sweet, violent, messed up, gritty, romantic, despairing, hopeful and every emotion in between. It doesn’t fit nicely into any one category because it’s everything: a story that feels very real, about people who could very well be real.

If you only ever read one manga, make it this one.

Let’s talk about the new episode of Hole Diggers for a second.

At the end, the spare clones were all sucked into the “black hole”. This means that there are now multiple clones of everyone running around the world.

We already knew that there were around 4 Lalna clones, and now we know why.

This also tells us how SoI began, with both Simon and Lewis having little knowledge of Minecraft.

So for this Halloween, I decided to do something I usually don’t do. Sadly I didn’t go all the way so there aren’t any blood, but I just didn’t have the time.

Originally this was never suppose to be posted as I only made some storyboard sketches to test my programs and possibilities for longer animations outside of Photoshop gifs. But frankly I got too excited about the results that I decided to put a bit more effort into it.

Unfortunately I’ll most likely never fully animate it, not as long as I’m in College, but hopefully this means I’ll actually be able to do some longer animations on holidays.
