Hi, just wanted to share something I’ve had to think about when I’m unhappy with my work

You may hate what you’ve created but you can create knowing at least one person will see and appreciate it

I struggle a lot with perfectionism in my work as I know most people do but there is a reality that the flaws you see are non existent to some because they are just happy simply to see that you’ve created something enjoyable

this has been helpful for me and I hope it will be helpful for you too :)

I was finally able to regain access to clip studio after my computers been out and I remembered I made this a while ago—I just touched some things up like the proportions, lighting, and motion blur.

Comic concept: guardian

I’ve been really inspired recently by some of the horror games by Chilla’s art, particularly the eerie feel the games capture so well. I also wanted to give a few new techniques a try, particularly aiming for a more manga-esque style.

overall I’m really happy with how this came out and I’m hoping I’ll be able to explore this concept I’m working on more.

Basically it’s the same knights from my last post BHUT I updated their designs to fit a more animated/comic book style. Personally I love how these little hooligans turned out and I plan to do a lot more with them.

and yes, their heads should not fit into those helmets, but that’s a problem for another time ;)

INDIE SERIES CONCEPT!

I am currently developing the concept for a 2d animated indie series. I’m not sure how long it will stake but for now I am working on developing concepts and the baseline writing. I’ll be posting plenty more with this concept so stay tuned!
