2-9. The Main Character of this Anime Is

I'm struggling so hard not to make the joke you have no idea. I've had these panels storyboarded out for weeks, weeks before I even knew about that scene in the book-turned-movie. I was going for a sort of 'Cronus' meets edgy hipster teen wannabe Earnest Hemmingway.

Also, I don't remember if I disclosed it before but the Actors in this are based off of a play, The Mousetrap, by Agatha Christie. I mean no infringement or harm by their resemblances and names, and they will prove different from the characters in that production, only being similar in name. I also will do my best to uphold the wishes of Christie and not reveal the ending of her story. It's my favourite play, and I urge everyone to go see it when they get the chance. At the very least, read the script.

Good morning listeners! The time is now 9:29 AM on the dot! It's just over eighteen degrees celcius outside, perfect for a stroll. Well, you're listening to CK, your international fae news hub! We head over to Micha, our Lionkind host for today's header:

Tensions arrrrre rising in the Eastern US where Fae authorities are attempting to negotiate with a domestic terrorist group that calls itself "Anapa". Anapa has been active in New York recently, and is lead by a Shifter who goes by 'A'. It's assumed that the other members of the Anapa leadership have similar names following the spelling of Anapa. They have cornered a small non-fae business front and killed the owners. We urge our listeners to report anything strange they notice from either Anapa or their non-fae alias 'Jackal Printing'. Please, do call in.

Heyo and happy holidays! tried out a few new things with this update and not sure if I like them or not

also time skips??? not much but yes

finally done with the indoor nightime scenes those are a pain but had to happen,,

yeah lets go talk to some other characters for a change

this one and any that ive been procrastinating on will be up on comic fury within the week, whenever im on better wifi

2-2. We're All A Little Rushed Sometimes

jesus christ 20 days without an update and i give you rushed crappy work im so so so sorry i just am so done with these two panels they took too long im going to cry wow i was even so lazy i recycled a doodle into this and did i even try im sorry,,,,,,

the 'sorry for the rush' note isn't just from casper (who is an actual 14 year old child who overworks herself into a stupor of memes and lazy drawings)

10.  Actual 35-Year-Old Scene Kid X

Aaaand I'm going to end the first chapter there! A few fun points about this update: X is cool and you'll get to see more of them next chapter; Alan goes to bed at 5:00pm. Alan changes hir tattoos before bed to relax. Also xe's got a celebrity crush on dave ramsey. 

I drew alan on the back of one of my tests sticking out hir tongue and going 'ew finances' and xe freaked my teacher out b/c i gave hir a forked tongue in it (no idea if thats canon yet the jury's still out) laughs that was great
