hanaisms:
hana raised an eyebrow at the other girl, making her way over. “i hope you’re planning to share, tina. it’s not nice to keep all the good stuff for yourself.” she leaned against the telephone booth, crossing her arms over her chest and smirking at the other girl. “when was the last time we could afford to live in a fancy hotel, hm? back in minnesota?” her mind traveled back a few months to one of their first homes, when the group wasn’t yet aware that they would soon be in dire need of cash.
She shrugged her shoulders. “Why else would I order an extra large? It’s certainly not because I want it and believe you me, Hana, I wouldn’t dream of living in that overpriced hellhole, surrounded by WiFi and being unable to use it.” She chuckled morosely, rocking back on her heels. “And Little C’s is far from the good stuff.” There was a reason she tried distancing herself from the group on a daily basis and not because she disliked them. On the contrary, she was afraid of losing them.
