a tiny bio .     ursula riggs  ----  they only go by ‘riggs’.  doesn’t mind she/her or they/them pronouns, whatever works for whoever they’re talking to.  they ran away from home at 14, and have been couchsurfing and living with friends since. they’re a mutant, and their power is technopathy.  ultimately they’re very laidback and chill, but also tend to be competitive, guarded, and snap easily when provoked. they currently make money as a hacker and a low level drug dealer.  physically, they’re a tall person, and very skinny and lanky. their hair is bleached blonde/lavender, and frequently a little ratty.

rules.    basically, show basic rp etiquette. rule number one is don’t be nasty. my oc is underage, too, so don’t expect sexual themes or things of that nature on this blog.    she’s my own creation and all that, so don’t take things without permission. the psd i use on her icons is by the lovely @polarizerps.  any questions, feel free to just message me !
