Teddy bounces Brooks up and down on his leg gently. “It would truly be an honor for you to accept my thank you. It’d be the best thing to happen to me all year. Aw, Parks, I like ya too.”

Here’s Teddy’s flower tip: Foxgloves are back on the rise. Everyone wants to be basic with tulips or daisies, I try and get people to branch out. People don’t want to hear it.” Teddy shakes his head lightly. “It’s a travesty, Vince. “

It’s like older than the both of us! It was made in the 80′s! ..Trust me I had to do a research paper on it once for school. “ Galen was always amused by Teddy, especially with how exuberant he was when they were together, how playful they could be, but yet- still have an underlying tone of seriousness,” About three times a week, probably more than you can make time for, which is understandable. It’s what I do, other than YouTube, so that I can keep my fanbase growing, as well as keep busy. “

“I can feel you judging me behind those blonde locks. I shan’t stand for it.” Teddy continued to tease the other. Playing around with Galen was one of his favorite hobbies. “Oh, man, you’re gonna freak out. It’s so soon! They’re literally so fun and she gets so into it. It warms my heart so much.” Teddy gushed, but he couldn’t help himself. Anytime he began to talk about Brooks, it was really hard for him to stop. “Order your own, G. Leave all the sweetness for me.” He nudged Galen’s side lightly. “Oh, okay, I don’t feel as bad anymore. And i’d love to read your paper about it. It sounds very interesting.” Teddy thanked the bartender for the drink, promptly paying him, placing the drink Galen’s order in front of him. “Three times a week, wow. You’re a busy guy. And you do YouTube? I can smell a star from here.” Teddy smiled brightly at the other, sipping his own drink. “I will keep up watching YouTube in my absence from the club, don’t you worry.”

“Thanks, I stole it from Joey Tribbiani.” Parker replies, laughing quietly. “Oh, please…no thanks are necessary, babe. That’s what friends are for. We’ve got each other’s backs.”

“Listen, don’t hate me for this, but I still haven’t gotten around to watching Friends. That’s where he’s from, right?” Teddy asks, furrowing his eyebrows lightly. “Thanks are very necessary, what do you mean? I’m always down for appreciating the good people in my life.”

“It’s an adjustment. Luckily I work during the day, so that helps. But you mostly just need time. You gotta keep yourself busy and then he day flies by.” Vince replies, shrugging his shoulders. “Oh, I don’t think anyone wants to hear me talk, really.” 

“Working during the day is gonna be my new best friend, I can already tell.” He sighed softly. He had another year or so with Brooks before she was off to school. While he dreaded it, he knew he had to face the music eventually. “Oh, that’s where you’re wrong, Vince. I think anyone would be so geeked to hear you speak. You could say anything in this park right now and people would snap at attention.”

“Tell me about it. I’m pretty sure i was more upset over Rafael and Matteo starting school than they were.” Vince replies, laughing softly. “Well I appreciate it. I’m trying my best. It’s all we can do, right? Give as much love as we can and hope things turn out right.”

“How’d you deal with it? Like, having them gone, ya know? I know I’ll have to get used to it, but when it’s just .. when she’s just been everything all day everyday for so long..it seems impossible.” Teddy sighed softly, carding his fingers through his hair lightly. “You should give inspirational speeches, for real. That’s really all its about.”

“I am very wisdomous.” Parker jokes, smiling over at Teddy from the top of their drink as they take another sip, leaning back in their seat a bit. “You know I’m always around if you or Brooks ever need anything, right? Whatever it is.”

“Wisdomous. Now that’s a million dollar word. I love it. Parker is very wisdomous, ain’t that right, Brooks?” Teddy spoke, teasingly tickling Brooks gently, his little one letting out a soft giggle. “I know, I know. You’ve always been there for both of us. I honestly don’t think there’s enough words to thank you.”
