WOW DANG
Hello everyone.
So today I have sad news to bring to you, I’ve been plagied.
I had some messages there telling me if I made a game that I released lastly, knowing I didn’t I asked no and wanted to know why many people asked me this, then they gave me a link to the Facebook page of the company :
https://www.facebook.com/fortafygames
I looked on it, and directly saw the icon that is, quasi my little pigeons I animate bouncing, then I was like “ mmm … maybe they were inspired but they could ask for permission because it’s way too similar for my taste, it’s really like my animations” then I saw the videos and it was terrible.
You may already what I animate, but when I saw the video of the gameplay, I had no words.
All of my motions, bouncing animals, Dancing frames are exactly the sames !!
They totally copied my art !!!
So I contacted them, I wanted to be sure, they replied me that it’s for game and that my art is for animation so it’s not the same. Sigh
So I told my friends about it, many tried tu put messages to discuss with them, no success. Some even were blocked when they put proof of my work.
I’m lost, I didn’t sleep last night because of this, I contacted lawyers and got some explanation, so it’s still going but I have to deal with it and I wanted you to know my current situation.
I share this with you because I’m an artist, this kind of thing happen to us WAY too often and I want to act, for me, for you, for any artists on the internet!
It have to stop!
I have so many proofs on my blog, but also you know me and my art well.
I can’t let this pass and stay there.
Please be aware of this and tell people that it’s total plagiat of my art.
Thank you.
Being in the game industry this is highly frowned upon and I hope these people will get what they deserve!

Miggy Memorial and Service
Stephen “Miggy” Chavez, 29, passed away on November 14th 2017, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Words cannot begin to describe the lasting effect he has had on the Team Fortress community. He touched countless lives, many times extending a hand to complete strangers in need. Loving and kind, his laughter and smile could always light up a room. His life was taken away too soon after a courageous battle with cancer.
Miggy suffered from a malignant skin cancer, melanoma. Approximately two years ago he had identified a black spot on his back. Over the past two years he had that spot, and others like it surgically removed. Despite attending regular checkups with an oncologist, he found in August that it had spread to his bones and organs. He immediately began treatment via immunotherapy and spent the final weeks of his life a warrior; he fought for every last breath, not conceding anything to cancer, while remaining upbeat and positive until the end.
Miggy was an avid Star Wars fan. His family knew that he was very much looking forward to the release of The Last Jedi in December. Expecting that Miggy wouldn’t make it that long, his family reached out to Disney to get him access to the film prior to its release. On November 7th, LucasFilms flew a representative to the family residence in Miami to privately screen the film for Miggy and his entire family. He rated the film as the best Star Wars installment yet. High praise from a discerning film critic.
The family extends their warmest appreciation and gratitude at the tremendous outpouring of love and support they have received. They asks that as we remember and celebrate the light that Miggy was in this world, that we make sure that he did not suffer in vain. To that end, the family asks that each and every person reading this memorial familiarize themselves with melanoma and understand the steps that can be taken to reduce its horrific impact. The family suggests the following URL to begin informing yourself on this brutal disease:
https://www.cancer.org/cancer/melanoma-skin-cancer/detection-diagnosis-staging.html
Miggy’s service will be streamed on Twitch.tv on Saturday November 18th at 11:30 am EST by the kind and charitable folks from TeamFortress.tv. Please tune into the following url: http://twitch.tv/teamfortresstv
The family asks that any donations be made, in his name, to two causes that Miggy cared greatly about. The first, Child’s Play, is a charity that seeks to improve the lives of children in hospitals and domestic violence shelters through the generosity and kindness of the video game industry and the power of play. Information on donating can be found at http://childsplaycharity.org/
The second cause, is more personal. Miggy had to have a port installed into his chest to receive immunotherapy treatment. He noticed that a traditional hospital gown was awkward for receiving an infusion. The gown had to be halfway removed and was uncomfortable for the entire infusion treatment. Miggy conceptualized an idea to create a gown with a flap that would make it easy for medical personnel to administer treatment while maintaining the comfort and dignity of the patient. Further, he wanted to make superhero themed gowns to uplift children afflicted from this horrible disease. The following GoFundMe is designed to turn that idea into a reality. https://www.gofundme.com/miggysgift

i love this but i dont know how to do this
hoW
For those wondering about HOW to do this, here’s a short explanation according to me:
Drawing A to Drawing B: -the most obvious change is the exaggeration of the line of motion in the character.
In Drawing B the line of motion is much more pronounced, creating more drama and movement to the whole composition
-The arms are open wider, showing more confidence and exuberance in the character, exaggerating their emotions so they can be more clearly read without having to look to the face for emotional cues.
-the legs are wider apart, adding to the aforementioned confidence but also giving the character a solid foundation, visually speaking.
-The head is tilted back and overlapped by the chest, adding a touch of dynamic perspective to the drawing.
Drawing B to Drawing C: -Most obvious change is to zoom in on the character. Character framing is just as important as what the character is doing. Zooming in can help infensify emotions. this shot is ALL about this character and what they’re feeling. -Because of the zooming in, the arms/hands would have gotten lost, so instead of making the canvas wider, the artist has elected to rotate the character slightly, bringing a dynamic angle to things and more intensity to the close shot. -While the character is more upright in this shot compared to Drawing B, in Drawing C the chest still slightly overlaps the neck, preserving the feeling of being slightly below the character (putting them in a position of power relative to the viewer), which helps maintain confidence and power in the character. -the chest is exaggerated to carry the majority of the body’s line of action so even though you cannot see the legs, our brains are able to fill in the gap and envision that line of action. -The cropping/framing of the character allows for a more interesting composition/negative shapes created by the positive (character) on the negative (background), creating more visual interest as well as a circular motion to the composition through the arms, across the face to the negative space for the eyes to rest in before dropping to the hand in the background and back through the composition again.
Pretty sure I’ve posted this before. But worth a repost
