Sleeping Habits: Hermos is a deep sleeper, as soon as his head hits the pillow, he’s out like a light. Literally, the world could end and he’d sleep through it. However, he’s sensitive to touch, so if you shake him, he’ll wake up very quickly.
Eating Habits: Due to his allergies to seafood & red meats, Hermos relies on greens & poultry for his food. He drinks a lot of dairy and likes whole grains. Sometimes, it’s been speculated that Hermos’ stomach is a bottomless pit, as he developed a habit of eating any food that he could if it was unwanted by others.
Exercise Habits: Transcending time and space actually does take a lot of energy. Hermos enjoys running around and trying to find new places, so he’s certainly getting a fair amount of exercise. Unless he’s ill, he’ll try to find a new place every day.

After witnessing his mother and father die in the collapse of the Temple of Arceus, Hermos has developed an extreme dependence on his brother, or when out of his own time, anyone who reminds him of his mother or father. He doesn’t like being in small spaces, and due to the shock of losing his parents, is prone to hallucinating them as a defense mechanism if he’s confronted with a situation that he believes he can’t deal with on his own.
