I’ve been having some trouble at school lately, and I haven’t been able to draw as much as I’d like. I’m really sorry for disappearing so often.((T_T))
I can’t promise anything, but I really hope I can keep posting my drawings, even if this place feels kinda abandoned now because of me.
I don’t know, I’ve never really seen Snufkin and Moomintroll as more than friends, buuuut to be fair, I haven’t read the original novels or comics. I only got to see the ’90s series and part of the ’60s one (long live shotgun Snufkin).
If it’s meant to be an analogy or something, it flew right over my head. The heart isn’t really about romantic love for me, it’s more like a symbol of love in general (familial, platonic, fraternal… at least that’s how it works in my head). You know, just a simple happy moment between two friends who genuinely care about each other. Not everything has to be romance.
But hey, if you wanna see it as young romantic love, that’s totally valid too! I won’t lie, they do look super cute as a couple in fanart. We’re multishippers here and open to everyone’s interpretations. (*^-^)／＼(*^-^*)／＼(^-^*)
