Because it’s the last day of pride month, here are the worst things that happened to me as a gay person! (from least bad to worst)

Outing, SA, death threats, toxic Yuri, me being dumb, emotional dependency, cancer, derealization (?, not sure abt this one). If I missed anything, tell me!

1: During middle school I got ghosted by the girl I gave my time and effort to, and she is still in the same class as me in high school, since she’s partly the reason I went to that specific school. None of my classmates know I had a crush on her.

2: My ex boyfriend, only man I’ve ever dated who later groped me, outed me to his mother. Luckily his mom is a savage and didn’t snitch on mine.

3: My lesbian awakening story.

In 3rd grade I started having a crush on this friend of mine, let’s call her Mary. Mary was a Muslim girl. I really liked her, and we were best friends at the time. Or better, “best friends”, because she hit me and insulted me on a daily basis. One time she basically dragged me by the arm during recess to dance with me, and while I danced with her with my arm hurting I was like: “Yeah she’s the one”. I also confessed once, and she was actually pretty nice about it. We had a huge fall out, and now we made up bc she got cancer, luckily she’s better now. There’s much more to this story and I will elaborate in another post.

4: Disclaimer: i’m not 100% sure abt this one, bc it was a period of my life when everything felt dull and wrapped in cotton, and I don’t know if it was a dream or not. I came out to my mom once when I was like 11 and she… she got a bit mad that I bothered her while she was watching tv. I remember crying a bit, and then going back to my Frozen puzzle. To this day, I’m still unsure if I was dreaming.

5: This is the shortest but worst. One time I put my opinion on same sex marriages on a thread, and got death threats by a 40 YEARS OLD in private. I was 12.
