oh my gawwwd im so hungry i could die

i’m not even really that hungry

like i have that vaguely hungry feeling and my tummy is growling

but mainly i just want to eat

because i haven’t eaten anything solid in two days

and normally it’s like on the hour so

I have a table like this on my fridge to help keep me motivated throughout my juice fast

Hope this can come in handy for other people to use

So every time you replace a meal with a juice just tick the box or fill it in however you want it to and that way you can be proud of your progress as you fill it in and go along.
