This Bald Eagle was out at Willard bay for my Utah friends. There was a pair of them. It was so amazing to watch, so majestic and strong. The size and wing span was incredible when it took flight so much power. Did you know Eagles Mate for life! Thats quite an amazing divorce rate, their dedication to each other is incredible. They have a cartwheel flight when they are mating, they fly to the highest height they can, lock talons and fall in a cartwheel downward spiral until they climax, releasing each other right before they hit the ground. If they do not finish they die together. That is dedication! If only us Humans could lock hands with our partner and climb or fly to the highest heights possible. Fall grasping each other together, helping each other fall gracefully forward. Dedicating and committing to each other in love till the end or to the beginning of the next flight together. The shift in Gratitude becoming a feeling vs. a thought or label has been so powerful to me. Its one thing to say I am grateful, and a whole other to FEEL Grateful. The emotion, feeling, vibration or frequency of Gratitude is POWERFUL! It can be measured by science. It is a energy we emit that can extend from our bodies. Quiet your mind and feel gratitude, shift from your head to your heart. You can feel the difference when it drops into your heart and becomes a burning feeling. Your eyes may even sweat with joy and abundance! Gratitude can even be a filter or lens that we see others though. I have found this feeling to be one of my favorite feelings to meditate through. It is amplified and your heart runs full, it overflows and pours out as I jump into the silence. I challenge you to not only flood social media with gratitude, but to truly sit still and find the feeling of gratitude and truly to BeGrateful. We are Humans doing, slow down and for a moment become a Human Being... Being still, open and just Be... Be grateful. Be Love. Be forgiveness. Be compassion and most importantly be of service to others. I am truly grateful to FEEL. Most of my life I was numb, numbed by anger, substances, and selfishness. Thanks for all the Bday Wishes!!! Sending Love to everyone who took the time to think of me! This year has been the Best Year Ever! 2020 I spent 5 months living and working with my Son who I hadn’t seen in years! My daughter completed her service on her LDS mission, came home and is now married to a great guy! I released some major hate, anger and resentment for my abuser and forgave him! 34 years I carried that weight and hate. I have lost almost 100 lbs and weigh the same as I did in High School. Looking within with meditation has revealed my true authentic self to me, the Avatar I had created was just and illusion. I am free from the chains of addiction that bound me, and I have peace in my mind. I met an amazing woman who loves the real me. I feel better than I ever have in my life. 7 years ago today my reality changed when I Flushed my drugs and Alcohol down the Toilet.   There is nothing better then being free from the chains of addiction that bound me. Meditation has changed my life, searching within and searching for Truths has freed my mind from bondage.  Thoughts used to control me. Fear used to control me. There was a war going on and the war was within me and in my mind.  Suffering was self inflicted, pain was the familiar past and became the predictable future.  Thoughts now audition for my attention but are given no judgement or energy if they do not bring be joy.  Thoughts to me are alive and will grow if given your attention. I am very grateful for abundance when before all I saw was lack. I am fortunate to be alive, I treasure my breath and now choose Love. I celebrated by laying in a glacier the other day 😊  Any addiction can be overcome and the negative energy being held will be replaced with blessings. Reach out to me if I can help in anyway.
