UPDATE 6.30.2019 (spongebob voice 9 hours later) - made TEENY improvements to the mesh at the waist/tie area that make a BIG impact when it comes to varying morphs. it’s not huge but i highly recommend you redownload!

This is based off a lovely dress from reformation. A note: due to the hand painting weights situation, the dress can tend to get a little crunchy while your sim walks. Hope you like it regardless!
