Why: Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that causes people to struggle every day just to breathe. This charity event aims to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and funding to help researchers find a cure. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the leading supporter of research that is resulting in medication and treatments that are extending the lives of people living with Cystic Fibrosis. It used to be that children diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis would die from this disease before they even made it to kindergarten; now these children have a better chance at surviving until their thirties. Every donation contributes to adding tomorrows to the lives of people who have Cystic Fibrosis. So please join me in raising awareness for this excellent cause!
