You know it’s going to be an interesting day when your son learns how to take his diaper off while trying to get him dressed in the morning just to go for a ride to get coffee. Please tell me it’s normal to practically wrestle a kid into clothes regardless of age, I took his newborn days for granted when it was a breeze to change his diaper and get him ready.

Ugh I get that struggle, when I was teaching Aurora potty training she loved to take that diaper off and run around butt ass naked, now thankfully she keeps her pull ups on but she really hated wearing a diaper.

Really? I’m so glad that you had a good experience with a home birth. I feel like hospitals you have to chose one or two people who you want in there with you; but a home birth you can have whoever you’re comfortable with.

My original plan was a hospital but then I scared myself out of it and my mom kind of talked me into the birthing at home plan. She and my midwife were just amazing and Frankie was the best coach.

I swear Aurora just looks at me while she’s doing something deviant like “mommy, hi pay attention to me or your favorite earrings go right in here,” I usually catch her in time but sometimes she’s much faster than me.

So I’ve been searching birth plans and I’ve been reading a lot about the whole home birth and I think that’s the route I might go down. Has anyone done that or know anyone who has? How’d it go? Or do you recommend a hospital birth? @ypstarters​

I did a home birth for my daughter and it was the most beautiful experience, having my mother and brother able to be there with me in the comfort of my own home while labored was an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world.

So you know how they say morning sickness ends after your first trimester? Here I am in my second, and still as sick as I was in the beginning. I’m starting to think I’ll be sick for the whole nine months. @ypstarters​

Morning sickness is literally hell on earth, nobody can tell me otherwise. I had hyperemesis throughout my entire pregnancy and I feel for you, sis. I found that ginger tea though really helped sometimes with easing that nauseated feeling or putting fresh ginger into your ice water is a charm too.

So now that the shock of what my stomach bug really was has gone away, I am just trying to figure out the perfect way to tell my family and friends before we make it public.  How do you tell your family and friends you are pregnant and it was a surprise pregnancy?  I am asking for a friend also known as me.

I remember when I told my brother I was pregnant, I bought him this box of stuff and then did the same for my mom and then sent everyone in my family a little card with a picture of the ultrasound of the announcement, they loved it. Congratulations to you, gorgeous.

We’ve tried and tried to get him to come see her but at this point, if he doesn’t wanna show any effort, I’m not gonna break her heart over and over again. It is, she’s only two and she’s already asking the tough questions.

I’m so sorry the show was canceled, I know how that it is and it is the worst feeling. Just remember it doesn’t reflect on you as an actress, sometimes networks axe the shows for no reason and then release a statement filled with bullshit.

Oh boy, I think it’s time for a big girl bed. Kids grow so fast. My son is 2 and I can’t believe how fast 2 years went.

Aurora will be three next month and I am so sad about how fast she’s grown, she’s gotten so big, so fast and it’s hard to believe that she was once a newborn.
