Ya’ll can’t call yourself Arsenal fans if you’re freaking out about one bad game. This happens. No team is unbeatable, that’s impossible. And just because of one bad result doesn’t mean you can attack the players. 

Saying Beth is shit because she missed one penalty? It’s a penalty. It’s 50/50. I know I said I was shocked that Kim missed, but it happens. And what about the hat trick Meado scored the other week, you weren’t calling her shit then. And then saying that the team doesn’t care? Of course they care. Just because they don’t write it all over social media for you to see doesn’t mean they don’t care. And you’d probably be attacking them if they did write something. 

If Arsenal were performing badly every single game they played all of the season then I’d understand the concern. But there’s no need to be this extreme. Grow up.

@sharpicefire​ well said *claps. also it’s not like we were playing terrible yesterday? from what i’ve heard we’ve had shots on target that were hitting the posts, it was just unlucky. i don’t see why people are coming for the team or even specific players for a few mistakes, they need to chill. group stages aren’t even over yet for the conti cup and we are still on top, we will be fine. trust joe and our players. can people now stop complaining about one loss? cos it’s really not that deep, we go again.

again, no one asked but here we are.

1) Leah Williamson- I might pass out if i ever meet her.. that or ill make a fool out of myself. She seems like so much fun and really down to earth in all of the videos she is in. she is my favorite lioness and i hate that phil uses her as a media girl. If she’s not put on the starting XI after that wembley video i’ll be mad

2) Janine Beckie- I see Janine at the end of most city games that i go too because she always comes out to see the fans which i think is so cute. she’s so funny and her vlogs are amazing (if you haven’t seen click here) she also recorded a video for one of my best friends wishing her good luck for her mock exams which was so kind and i couldn’t be happier

3) Danielle Van De Donk- what a sweetie oh my god. saw her after the game against city at Borehamwood and she was so cute. I’ve also made such good friends through daan (shoutout to the daan project group chat lmao)

4) Katie McCabe- created the iconic “what do you do when the lights are turned off” panic. She’s the captain of the Irish womens team and damn doesn’t she look good in that new kit? also she’s just a bit weird and i appreciate that in a person. also also what a banger of a song cos i really do get “we’ve got mccabe” stuck in my head sometimes...its awful

5) Georgia Stanway- “0121 do one” QUEEN. I actually used georgia stanway as a gateway to getting my sister into womens football cos she has good fashion sense and my sister likes that. Love that she’s always fighting someone on the pitch lol it’s entertaining and spends half her time on the floor like any good footballer. honestly such a cute lil bean

again here are some honorable mentions: Jill Roord (my og woso crush), Jill Scott (obviously), Beth Mead (do i need to give a reason cos we might be here a while) and Jordan Nobbs (for being cute, forgetting everything and being such an easy target for leah) lmao sorry not sorry but they’re all arsenal and city

Top 5 nicest footballers I've met so far

1. Jill Scott. I've seen Jill a few times and she's really funny in person, doesn't make you feel awkward at all. Last time I saw her she recorded this obvious Jill for me and honestly it made my day :)

2. Lisa Evans. She was also really funny and down to earth. She was talking to me and my friends normally and again it wasn't weird. Also let us know some insider info about we play strong ;)

3. Ellen White. She is one of the most pure and lovely people I've ever met. She was so kind and didn't rush around even though loads of people wanted to talk to her and that's v sweet

4. Danielle Van De Donk. Oh man she was so cute going around dropping phones and being clumsy. Honestly she seems almost as excited to see fans as we are to see her, absolutely adorable 🥰

5. Manuela Zinsberger. When she came over on Sunday we asked if we could take a group photo with her and she said no. We froze and then she was like ahaha joking I'm joking and at first we were shook but in hindsight it was v funny and she was so lovely
