But, I guess…there’s not really any way of telling until you have that big shocker. The big realization that you love them. It’s called falling in love for a reason. It’s not walking or strolling into love– falling. You don’t get to chose when it comes to falling. I like to imagine it’s this huge quake in your chest, but hey, I wouldn’t know. Oh– Also! My brother liked to call it ‘Love sickness’. It’s when you know that yer’ in deep! You start thinking about the other day and night, and you want to be with them all the time. Small things they do turn into mountains in your eyes, and the idea of being alone with them forever isn’t too bad. So…I guess that’s how you know.

Finally got around to answer this one. qwq And so sorry Levi, but your son is as prideful and stubborn as you, if not more. ;A; Locke really does wants his dad back but he’s been hurt and has trust issues that letting his dad - and his sister - back into his life won’t come easy. And Locke is more of a “show me” type of guy, actions weigh more than words at the moment, so no amount of talk will help. //Cries helplessly over this family

But if Morton and Ozz had talked about it, if they were aware of what they would have to face, then he would respect their decision. So he smiled, genuinely so, and moved closer to give his son a gentle nuzzle. “Of course, I will come and visit as often as I can, I wouldn’t miss them for the world.”
