He was originally supposed to look more like an Ant and had four arms in his early concept drawings

Hey update! I want to encourage everyone to read this, I sincerely believe this is a completely genuine and well-thought-out apology :-) she understands exactly where she went wrong and how to fix it now, and I genuinely thank you all for helping inform her. I want to now ask for you to support this!!! Spread the word that she's done exactly the right thing and it's much much much appreciated!!! I don't think I've ever seen a written apology where the creator has accepted so much blame and fully allowed themself to be in the wrong, and it's genuinely so amazing and shocking to see I really want this tweet to be supported so others know to treat situations just like may. If you'd like to tune into her new lifesteal s8 streams: I highly encourage that as well! Let her know that supporting and listening to trans people this directly will always be rewarded and she has done right by the community <3

Update: after the trans woman mentioned (streamer vintagevanilla) publicly @'ed her on twitter and she explained that a public apology was needed for being ignorant, may proceeded to think she was being "canceled for unfollowing her" and de/mis-gendered vintagevanilla during her entire attempt at addressing the situation. To give her credit, she did say trans rights, but didn't understand how platforming hogwarts legacy was wrong in any way and laughed throughout her "apology". Also cited a reposted tiktok in 2024 as proof of her allyship and how she "hasn't been silent" on trans rights. Needless to say, this is not a real understanding of what she's done wrong and I would still like to ask for public backlash against this. ANY platforming or supporting of JK Rowling DIRECTLY funds and supports her private women's fund, which is dedicated entirely to the systemic erasure of trans women through the courts system.
