its actualy really fascinating, the reason they are considering making the mission to mars all female ACTUALLY doesnt have to do with “impure sexual thoughts” or anyhing it has to do with a multitude of factors, for example (cis) women astronauts tend to be smaller and require less food, nasa also did a series of studies showing that in groups, all woman groups showed better cooperation and teamwork than mixed or all men groups, and also probably the most interesting reason is that (cis) mens eyesight is damaged in space travel for reasons we dont even understand yet, for some strange reason the vast majority of men who have been into space have suffered damage to their eyesight and yet almost no women have had this issue, and scientists are still trying to figure out why but in the meantime sending men into space for long periods of time is a huge concern because they may go blind over time … just thought that that headline was a little reductionist and sensationalist so i had to comment, that being said tho…

Bob Ross teaches you using layering and color theory, which are principles which work no matter what you paint with. Some materials won’t blend the same as oils obviously, but as Ross himself said, “you can paint with almost anything.”

Paint along with whatever you have, it’s great practice.

This was a hat I made for my close friend @lavalamp-of-epicness of her adorablovely character Arty ;v; I’d wanted to make her something sewn for a long while so this was super fun to finally do.~ But aside from being a gift, I also made this to purposely time how long it’d take me to make a hat in full, so I can finally open commissions again.

They’ve been closed since I started college namely from how hard they were to work on duRING college, but now that I’m all graduated and gotta make muns however I can, these are gonna be opening back up in the very near future.~ :,> So keep an eye out for more news on that ;D

So I needed to take more than a little bit of a break. Was tired, sick, and generally out of sorts. So I pretty much threw myself into game dev training, sfx school, and art tutorials to keep my mind focused on something constructive. Somewhere along the line I got a girlfriend online who's just as weird and crazy as me. (Even now I've got that nagging seed of doubt that's insisting I not jinx things by mentioning such an impossibility existing) So things are actually kind of nice at the moment for a change.
