One time an orthopedist came to my design faculty to explain to us how to sit properly and all that (because we need to sit by our computers a lot). After the lecture I came up to her to voice my concern, since as a person with ADHD I am physically incapable of sitting properly. She said I’m going to be fine since I change position and move around a lot, and most of the damage occurs from sitting improperly for long periods of time.

So moral of the story, sit however you want so long as you change positions all the time.
