Weird headcanon but I think she'd unintentionally blackmail him because mike sees her blurting out Scott's secret that he keeps gay magazines under his mattress and he's SOOOO scared he does basically everything for her and she knows about it and thinks it's kinda cute? Idk I think dawn would like how pathetic mike is, he fasinates her in the way a birdwatcher gets fascinated by male bird mating rituals

Mike eventually develops feelings when dawn actually talks too him normally and they bond over collecting animal bones and taking care of the bugs in the cafeteria 🥹🥹🥹
