It has been a long time since I posted something on this page. A lot has happened since. So it has been a while since I posted something on this beautiful blog dedicated to someone who saved my life many many times.
2019 has started and I am really curious. What are you going to change this year?
Mine is to ask for help if I am not okay, which I am currently doing. I finally told someone about my depression. So this year, I am going to fight my depression. We will see how that goes.
I have many thoughts in my mind and I could write them down here but I wanted to keep this Demi related so if you are interested about my journey with depression and what else go check out my new blog. I will try to update there with my experience and maybe if I have some tips I will post them there too.

So, I have so many words I need to tell and no place for them. I am going to try to get them out here because I feel like this is the only g
I think most of you know. Demi released a statement earlier this week. She is directly going to rehab. On monday, correct me if I am wrong, she was released from the hospital. We will not a hear few months from her but she will keep fighting.
I am so incredible inspired by her strenght to keep on fighting again. Addiction is a battle you are fighting every day. And I will stand with her with that battle, I will be there

I am watching my videoâs from the concert and it brings back so many good memories. I am missing Demi so much. We still donât have an official statement and we still donât know what really is going on. I am also reading comments and they make everything even worse. But we will also get through this. We are staying strong How are you doing? Take care of yourself, I love you.
As so many of you I didnât sleep much last night. There were a lot of reasons like because of the extreme heat that is going on here right now but also because of Demi. I am worried and she needs to put her health first now. I donât care if it takes years for her to be okay again. She needs to take care of her health. Thatâs all that matters to me right now. How are dealing with all this? Take care of yourself, I love you
UPDATE: The aunt of Demi said she was going to be okay. She was awake and responsive. Thatâs all I know for now. Now, letâs take a deep breath and relax a bit. She is in the hospital and gets the help she needs. Thatâs all that matters right now.
BREAKING NEWS:
They say that Demi is rushed into the hospital. I donât know what is going on or why. There are rumors that it is about an heroin overdose but I donât know.
I am worried sick. I am shaking, in shock. I am crying and I donât know what to believe.
This beautiful genuine woman right here saved my life. She helped me through the loss of the most important people in my life. I cannot lose her. My world would crash

So, sober has been out now for a while. It messed with me so much. When I heard it for the first time I was crying. My precious girl felt so broken and alone, and there was nothing I could do about. Other than support her. I waited a few days to post something about because it is such a heavy song. Writing and speaking about a relapse is so hard and difficult, and it makes it harder when the whole world is watching. Speaking up that you made a mistake, admitting a flaw is incredibly hard and for her to do that makes it even more inspiring. She is not afraid to admit and that shows how incredibly strong she is. It was so hard for me because she is one hell of a woman and she means so much to me. She makes me want to get out of bed, inspires me to keep going after my dreams and goals. Seeing her so broken and alone makes my heart shatter in 2000 million pieces. I canât tell enough how brave it is to admit your flaws. Not even a ânormalâ human being is sometimes that brave to do it let alone someone where the whole world is watching. Let me know what you think of Sober, I would love to hear from you.
