We are living in a terrifying, heartbreaking hellscape & things like social media & youtube feel so stupid & trivial when there are such serious tragedies currently happening around the world. 2017 Revisited . . - Took a lot of pics of Chris. As you can see from said photos he is a Tru style ICON🙌) . - Took very few pictures of myself due to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc.. . I had a PLETHORA of reasons why I didn't want to take pics of myself. My 'Lovely Lady Lumps' proving to be far too much for the knock-off Greenman suit to handle was only one of the reasons (2nd photo) . - Bought tons of vhs tapes off FB groups, like sooo many tapesss. Didn't share much about it for same reasons above. . ANYWAY... In case you missed it, I started a YouTube channel. I'm not sure why this feels so weird for me to talk about. It's something I've been wanting to do for at least 3 years now but have been too scared and/or just lacking the confidence to "put myself out there" for the world to see (i.e. make fun of, criticize, etc..) I spend a decent amount of my downtime on YouTube watching all different kinds of channels & I really enjoy that there seems to be a Community aspect to it (if you want there to be, that is!😉) Currently I only have 5 videos of me showing secondhand/vintage clothing finds that I have thrifted/scored for cheap. I've shown mostly femme clothing so far but I have a ton of DUDE/Unisex stuff (such as rad vtg sweaters, flannels & band tees that Chris is getting rid of🔥) that I am going to showcase pretty soon! Anyway, it is a little raw/cringey at the moment, bc I haven't quite figured out editing so I'm just putting it all out there. All the ums, uhs, long pauses, awkward faces, mistakes & all. And this may not be your thing, which is totally fine! But if this sounds like it MIGHT be your thing, & you like secondhand clothing thrift hauls & things of that nature, I would LOVE for you to join my very new, incredibly small community on yt & maybe even subscribe. After my last haul, I had about -7 VHS spots left on my shelf, but after doing a little rearranging, I freed up about 100 spots! Meaning I don't have to feel guilty about buying a ton more of these!! At least not for a while anyway.
