First attempts at drawing @thwarp's beautiful Annabelle. I love giving the Circus's dolls some dress-up treatment so have a lazy pyjamas set and a froggie onesie Ann.

And some of my personal thoughts on the froggier members of the circus, past and present.

This totally isn't me baiting for info so I can draw her in an animal-themed pyjama onesie, I promise (they say, lying)

after much thinking about it, I think her favorite animals would be frogs.

Just saw some fanart of a sapphic ship I like while scrolling on my work break and I audibly, enthusiastically scream-whispered 'WOMEN!!!' like the loser I am.

I personally feel like I can only see Vaggie's 'picking a new name' plot ending in one of two ways.

A). Her keeping the name Vaggie in a reclaimed way. (Probably after having a proper conversation with Charlie about how she never saw Vaggie's name as anything weird because it's *her's* or something like that)

Or

B). Her ending up with the name 'Vagatha' after remembering that Sir Pentious called her it in season 1.(Maybe if Pentious ends up able to visit them later this season he'll greet her and call her it again)

Only just now learnt that 'oomf' is not just a different way of saying/ a different version of 'whump', nor is it the angst equivalent of a blorbo.

Polytrix, but it's a soulmate mark AU.

Problem being that by the time Rumi sees Mira's and/or Zoey's mark and realises it matched hers, her demon patterns have already partially surrounded it, so she can't reveal it without revealing her heritage as well.

Also cute little happy end idea would be if when Rumi's patterns go that kind of iridescent, opal-y, rainbow look by the end, Mira and Zoey's mark also gains a bit of that colour or a bit of the patterns alongside it.

I like to think they'd figure it out alongside the reveal of Rumi's marks during the confrontation backstage after Golden / Takedown. So they'd have to deal with the realisation she's half demon *And* the realization she's their soulmate hand in hand. Extra suffering.

Having their marks change alongside Rumi's would just be the nail in the coffin that it's all real.

CANNIBAL VAGGIE AU:

After Vaggie is felled and left for dead, she is found by the same little cannibal boy that she spared. She's taken to Cannibal Town and with time is treated like one of their own. Despite the name, Vaggie is not a cannibal in the AU.

This has the more comedic tone with a bit of a spy plotline going on technically.

CARMINE VAGGIE AU:

In this AU, Vaggie corners and spared Carmilla's daughters. When they search for angelic steel after the extermination they find Vaggie, clinging to life and take her to their mother. Eventually she is treated like Carmilla's own daughter.

This has a more dramatic/serious tone than the Cannibal AU.

Thought these two looked similar. It's a shame the winner girl doesn't have a name, as I'm a big fan of her design.

Not sure how intentional it is, but she's very similar to Vaggie's pilot design. The pink in the background even looks like a bow. Her wings are also very cute.
