“Is she your favorite?” is still one of the scariest and most diabolical things an NPC/villian has said during any of the campaigns. My stomach dropped to my feet. I got immediate flashbacks to the first Vecna fight in Campaign 1, when Delilah pointed to Vax, looked at Keyleth, and said “You took him from me. Now I’ll take him from you.” Villains that know about your personal relationships and use them directly against you for their advantage are TERRIFYING, and Matt uses them very effectively.

THIS. I have been aware of Critical Role for about as long as it’s been on the internet - seen (and been intrigued) posts and fanart from mutuals over the years, seen random clips here and there, and even been interested in it, but never took the leap for some reason or another.

Then for whatever reason, after seeing a couple out-of-context clip compilations on TikTok, I thought “Eh, why not finally give it a shot?” and dove right into Campaign 1, Episode 1. Months later, I am OBSESSED. I’ve sped run through 3 campaigns, thousands of hours of content, I’m caught up on the newest campaign, watched all the animated shows, and I’m chomping at the bit to play my own D&D game. It’s all about when the breeze hits you.

Here's an insane amount of little things i thought up about imodna :}

Imogen’s first attempts at crocheting where socks that Laudna now religously wears to sleep, they’re on the verge of falling appart but she loves them.

Laudna leaves an ichor stain on every mug she drinks from.

Imogen got spooked once and accidentally electrocuted a wooden mug.

Imogen loves laudna’s neck and unreasonably large amount because it shows that she loves every part of her.

Pâté likes to hang out in Imogen’s scarf like its a baby swaddle.

Imogen likes listening to Laudna’s heart beat, she’s traumatized from when her bbg died so she finds it very calming.

Laudna still sleeps with her eyes open sometimes.

I know it’s been forever and I’m sorry!!! I’ve been in a bit of a writing slump the last few months, but boy, getting back into this chapter drop-kicked me out of it. I JUST LOVE SUPERCORP, DUDE, OH MY GOD

It’s been a while since Kara thought about what life was like before Lena, but as she comes back to herself and the pleasure seems to ping back and forth between them it occurs to her that everything before they met seems like a distant memory, now. Working for Cat instead of Lena seems like an eon ago. She can barely remember Mon-El’s face anymore.

Lena has filled every crack and crevice of Kara’s life, and Kara doesn’t want to ever be without her again.

Kara shifts, and immediately Lena’s legs tighten around her, keeping her inside. As if Lena can hear her thoughts. Or, at least, she feels the same.

“Stay in me,” Lena murmurs.

It almost slips out of Kara, then. The words she’s been trying to find, that have danced around the tip of her tongue, are under her feet now. She’s tripping over them.

I love you.

Kara buries her face in Lena’s perfumed neck, and chokes it back.

Holy crap.
