I binged again today I think that only happens when I'm at school but I'm happy because we finally have holidays (since 6 weeks) I hopefully won't binge these 6 weeks and go back to school with a glow up
I was at school this morning, I actually didn't want to eat anything, but suddenly I binged and ate so much. i could cry i feel so bad i tried to puke it up and now I still go for walks to burn the calories. I hope I didn’t gained any weight :(
