Does anyone else ever get really bad symptoms when they are sick? I have the 24 hour flu and I'm seriously off my rocker when usually I'm pretty stable. I have paranoid schizophrenia.

If we're submitting book recommendations, "Without Tess" resonated very strongly with me, who developed psychosis as a child. It's possibly triggering but very good.

i read a book recently called "the divided self" by r. d. laing and it really helped me realize a lot of things about myself and why i am the way i am and i would really recommend it to anyone on the schizo-spectrum who wants to understand themselves
