While part of me thinks Gajeel is dead another part of me doesn’t because it was never out right said in this chapter that Gajeel was killed it was just stated that he was dragged to hell for “eternity” Hiro has stated that he hates killing characters off so there is still a small bit of hope that gajeel might comeback at some point. Hermione also figures out not only what Voldemort’s plan is, but generally how to beat it, WAY BEFORE VOLDEMORT EVER DOES. Why? because she is just that much smarter and better at magic than everybody else

in conclusion: Voldemort wishes he could be as awesome as Hermione, that’s why he wants to kill her so bad.
