No one has done this to me in a while so I feel comfortable talking about this without anyone feeling guilty. But just to reiterate that this is not about anyone in particular especially people that I am currently talking to.

But you know what absolutely drives me nuts? When subs or littles don't appreciate the effort that dominance takes. There have been cases where I have seen people be like "I just want someone to decide things for me, that isn't that much to ask for". I have even had a conversation where someone was upset because someone promised them that they would tell them what to do for a day and I heard language like "it's not that hard just tell me to put on a diaper and play with toys." And I feel like I want to avoid these people almost immediately.

Being an adult sucks sometimes, you make choices all day, do I eat out or cook dinner? Do I go see my friends or rot all day in bed? Do I go pee now or finish what I'm working on? So to add on top of that a whole other person's decisions may not seem like a whole lot but it's literally just adding to the load. I don't care if you will do anything or if you are "easy" to take care of, it's not nothing. Please don't take it for granted and especially don't feel you're entitled to it.

The thing that blows my mind about these people is that if you asked them why they want that they say "oh it's just so hard to constantly have to worry about decisions, I just want to escape for a bit and not be in control" and I'm like... You really don't see why putting that on someone else is hard?

I want to finish this post by saying it's not meant in anyway to make you feel guilty. You are not a bad person for wanting these things. Just be appreciative, in fact ask your dominant how you can show your appreciation! Communication is amazing, use it. Thank them for choosing your diaper, thank them for picking and cooking dinner for you, thank them for putting on a TV show for you. I very recently told someone "I have decided everything we're doing for the next two days, it's not your choice, you're a baby" and let me tell you the appreciation I received made me incredibly happy. It's amazing to do these things for someone you care about, it's just never easy.

The True Definition of a Babygirl :

To truly be a babygirl she must mess her diapers. End of story. Otherwise she is not a babygirl. She is just a littlegirl or little. The term “Babygirl” gets thrown around way too loosely in our sphere. There are those who do wear diapers but ONLY wet them or those who don’t even wear diapers at all. Those types are more about the whole “Princess” aesthetic with the pretty panties, babyish accessories, and pink colored everything, but don’t even wear diapers. Both of these types are “Littlegirls/Littles.” This might be an unpopular opinion but if she only wets her diaper, she is a littlegirl, not a babygirl. Even if she does everything else associated with babygirl related ageplay, she is still a littlegirl. The term babygirl should be reserved for those who mess their diapers…understandably so. To get beyond the embarrassment, hesitation, and repulsion of messing a diaper is a very important milestone. To completely let go and let Daddy take care of it for you.. that is the definition of a baby girl… some of you out there might like to be “babied.” But that doesn’t make you a babygirl. Babygirls are those who fully embrace and accept the dynamic. It doesn’t make them “better” or “superior” to littles.. but it is what it is.. it’s whole different level…a whole different mindset.. and a whole different commitment.

On a different note, I do use the term littlegirl sometimes if I’m Daddying a babygirl.. not as her official title but in speech.. If my Princess messes her diaper I might call her “my poopy little girl”…even though her official role is a babygirl.. this is about official roles, orientations, and alignments.. not conversational nuances. Also it is not transferable to littlegirls. I can refer to my babygirl as “my little girl” casually if I want to, but if I’m being Daddy to a little girl.. you’ll never hear me calling her babygirl.

Is your Little in the middle of playing a video game? "You're going to pause that and suck your thumb for ten minutes, cutie pie."

Are they scrolling on their phone in the living room? "It's time to read some kids' books for a half-hour, sweetie."

Did they just start watching a movie? "You need to change your diaper, honey. Hop to it."

It's not about planning all their activites or taking away their free time. You're just sprinkling their life with little reminders that they're so small, so itty bitty, so teensy weensy, you can just pick them up and set them down in front of a new activity.

Whenever you feel like it.

I know you keep saying diaper changes are a big one you look for in a caregiver, and want someone to be kind and understanding because it’s super cute. But what else would you be looking for? What kind of things do you like to do? Do you get into little space a lot? Do you have toys you play with or do just sit on the couch in your diaper watching tv? Would you rather sit in a high chair than a real chair? Would you want your partner to play with your ABC block with you, I guess is kinda where I’m getting at? Or are you mature enough to want a real conversation with how someone’s day was? Or a mix of both? Or If someone took you to Disneyland so to speak, would you want to rent a stroller, or would you just walk around with your partner normally? What are you looking for?

For me there is a time and place for everything. Like when I’m with vanilla friends or family and at work the little space mindset goes away.

When I’m not I’m usually in my little space mindset.

I have a good amount of toys. Like rattles, staking rings, lighting ones, some coloring books.

I wouldn’t mind if my partner played with me. My exes used too!

As for Disney, with a partner or not never would I do something that would put all the attention on me. Like a public stroller is not it. Would be diapered and wear something cute in public, sure! But the diaper is hidden and all little space items are either kept in the car or at hotel.

At the end of the day, I’m looking for someone who has or wants the same values that I have. Accepts me for me. Can have both mature conversations if we need to have them, but also encourages my little space. Someone who understand no kink in public amongst others, but understands their can be little space fun outside away from others. Can get along with my vanilla friends and family.

Diaper changes to me are just something that is intimate and really sweet. But there plenty of other things I’d love to do with my partner or caregiver
