These three have found their way into a polycule that is a bond stronger than any thing that crosses their path. Of course, they'll run into issues here and there, but the important thing is that they have each other.

And when they're together, they're unstoppable.

This was how they first met

It all started with this tradition that vampires, werewolves and other ghoulies have where they all congregate and basically have a night of speedating so you can find a mate. After having taken hundreds of years to recover from his wife's death, Vlad Sr decided to give it a try. And he immediately hated it and left. Not without catching a certain werewolf's eye, though ;)

Vlad Sr, a few days later, finds himself in a bar to drink his misery away. He doesn't know what to do with himself.

Little does he know... that werewolf who spotted him at the get together? That was Conrad. Conrad works at that same bar Vlad Sr is sitting in.

So, thinking he's slick (and he is) he slides a drink Sr's way, and delivers a smooth line in the flirtiest yet most professional voice he can muster.

And thus starts Vlad Sr's Era of questioning his entire sexuality because of one man, and a romance waiting to blossom 🩷❤️

Have I talked about Vlad's Dad yet? Vladimir? Vlad Sr.? No? I haven't? Well now you're hearing about him.

This was his very first design. I ended up hating it. I also gave his personality a 180. He was painted as this huge jerk because his wife died while the kids were still young and his coping methods were... less than ideal.

I was planning on something like this happening, where Vlad talked some sense into his father, and gradually he got over himself and started to improve.

And soon enough, Vlad Sr became one of my most beloved characters, and he looks like this! <3

And I was feeling generous. So I gave him a love interest that made him question his entire identity.
