Well actually yeah, it is one of those places. It’s pretty open concept in our pizzeria. You can see everything happening in front of you, and you can watch the little show of flipping the dough and all that shit. It’s actually kinda cool. Might sound lame, but sometimes depending on the staff there, a lot of really cool tricks can happen. We don’t do much, so we..just kinda..play around.

I don't trust Italian pizzeria's that don't have that sort of thing. That's great though, not lame at all. Maybe it is but as you already know..the pizza love affair. I used to go to this place back home that tried to have the full on Italian restaurant thing going on but they were really bad with the tricks.

Well…in his eyes, once my technique is right, then you should come to the pizzeria. Don’t worry, I’ll try to learn as quickly as I can. I can pick stuff up pretty fast.
