Ella who always stresses about where you are. Whether you’re on a mission or just simply putting bad guys away. She worries you’ll get hurt. With crime rates constantly going up she’s afraid you won’t make it home. But you always assure her that you will, always leaving with a goodbye kiss.
Ella who helps you get cleaned and bandaged after you come back with a few more cuts and bruises then she’d like. She’d ramble and talk on and on about how you should be more careful, only calming down when she notices the tired expression on your face. Yet even with a few bruises and scratches you always make it back to her.
Ella who sometimes goes out while you’re patrolling. Not to spy or cheat, but because she feels more safe with you patrolling the area, and she knows you won’t let anything happen to her.
Ella who tries her best to cover for you while you’re out. Making excuses on why you’re not in the dorm or why you’re late to class. And every-time without fail she somehow gets in trouble because it’s her fault your not in class or dorms. But you always make it up to her, buying her ice cream or her favorite food to cheer her up.
Ella who often falls asleep on your shoulder when you take her to the rooftop to watch the stars. She’s often snuggled close to you, her body embracing your warmth. You often find yourself humming a tone while she’s asleep, singing a little lullaby while she’s asleep.
Ella who knows you’re trying your hardest and wouldn’t ask for anything more or less. Because even when you’re on portal or putting people away, you always make sure to get her favorite flowers on the way back. Even when your just out by yourself you always get things that make you think of her, always buying things that seem more her then you. Even in class you write love notes (that you never send because you’re scared and nervous). Even when you’re hurt you always think of her first, putting her safety in front of yours. Even in your most busiest moments you always make little notes of what she does, taking little things into consideration. And that’s what she loves, not just because you’re spider-woman, but because even when you’re hurt or busy, you always make time for her.
