God I almost wish that there was a "right way" to be aro/ace/queer in general, because then it would at least be easier to figure out my label lol

yeah! my friends know but wen I first started to figure out all of the lgbtqia+ stuff I first identified as bisexual. now, of you can't tell, I'm leaning more towards somewhere on the Aspec and probably bisexual but it's all a journey trying to figure it out.

Is it possible to like be demiromantic and frayromantic at the same time? Because like when I have crushes on girls that almost immediately fades when/if I become friends with them but after knowing a guy for a while who at first I found really annoying I began to like him (both have happened multiple times) and like I don't know because demiromanticism and frayromanticism feel like they are direct opposites of each other like you can't be both but

i am no one to tell you how to love or how to label yourself. if you feel like those labels fit you, then go with them. how you love is different then how others love so don't feel like you need to love by their standards. if you feel like those labels don't help but only make you feel bad, then don't go with them. do what makes you feel comfortable and know that they can change over time as you discover more about yourself.

I just realized why the descriptions of romantic love sound so much like a panic attack

Apparently when people have a crush on someone they get an adrenaline when they're hanging out with them like the adrenaline is the reason people feel that heart skips a beat thing

Both are, at their core, having adrenaline in your system when there's no actual thing for you to be stressed about

i can't ever tell if I'm having a panic attack or if I like someone (it's like 99% of the time a panic attack)
